Research On New Urbanization Construction Thinking And Countermeasure In Beiquan Town

Since the first Xinjiang work symposium,the importance of the three construction has been gradually paid attention to by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops,so the Corps has taken it as a major way to promote development.How to keep the development of the three way construction well and fast,and explore the urbanization that accords with its own characteristics has become a problem worthy of consideration.The three construction is headed by accelerating the development of urbanization.In order to actively promote the development of the three enterprise construction of the Corps,we should take the new urbanization as the basis and accelerate the modernization of the Corps and the transformation of production mode on the basis of urbanization.For the Beiquan Town,its unique development opportunities,important historical missions and important strategic position decide that it should take the road of new-type urbanization.Through combing the course and present situation of the new-type urbanization in Beiquan Town,this paper analyzes the existing constraints,and analyses a large number of domestic and foreign outstanding urban construction cases,and discusses the construction model suitable for the north spring town,and provides reasonable suggestions for the new-type urbanization in Beiquan Town.Through massive investigation and analysis,there are many restrictive factors in the construction process,such as population problems,ecological environment and financial problems.This paper provides reasonable development ideas and suggestions for the new town construction in Beiquan Town: providing employment posts,perfecting the policy of security,strengthening environmental governance,showing the government as;perfecting the infrastructure,creating a livable community,giving full play to the cultural advantage,creating a famous cultural town,innovative financing model and solving the problem of capital.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the new-type urbanization in Beiquan Town,the central advantage is concentrated in the double harvest of economic employment,and the life of the people in the material and literary fields is enriched,and the sustainable and healthy development of the whole Beiquan Town is promoted.
