Research On The Key Problems In The Development Of Central Town Of Zhejiang Province Under The New Type Of Urbanization Strategy

After reforming and opening, we are continue to promote our urbanization. Under the background of new-type urbanization, central town plays an irreplaceable importance role.Based on the background of new-type urbanization, this thesis reviews the general rule and dynamical mechanism of urbanization development, and combs the theory about the development of central town, then from the theoretical level of the position and role of the central town in the new-type urbanization strategy are discussed. Combined with investigation and statistics, the thesis analyses the situation and development trend of central town in Zhejiang province. In the case of town Longgang, clarified some of the key problems under the new-type urbanization in Zhejiang province, and proposes some targeted countermeasures and suggestions.The thesis thinks that according to the population in cities, the central town needs to solve the key problems including the problem of employment, the household registration system, land system, social securi ty and financial pressure problems.
