In recent years,enterprises are more and more aware of the importance of knowledge,and pay more attention to the effective management of knowledge,scholars also generally believe that an important source of enterprise competitive advantage is knowledge management.Knowledge sharing,as an important aspect of enterprise knowledge management,its importance has been paid more and more attention.However,in the face of the complicated and changeable internal and external environment,especially the rapid development of globalization and information technology,how can enterprises adapt to the environment by making use of the knowledge sharing to improve the performance of the enterprise is becoming a subject of research scholars.Although it has been proved by the majority of scholars in theory that knowledge sharing can promote enterprise performance.But some scholars believe that the impact of knowledge sharing on the performance of enterprises is not directly,but by a number of intermediaries.And the current theoretical and empirical researches seldom focus on the process and mechanism of knowledge sharing to promote organizational performance.Therefore,In this paper,we choose enterprises from all walks of life in Jiangsu,Anhui area as a sample,And analysis how the internal and external knowledge sharing affect the performance of enterprises.In addition,the internal and external environment of the enterprise change so fast that enterprises need to constantly improve their ability to adapt to the environment,for this enterprise needs to increase innovation,and knowledge is the source of enterprise innovation.This study explored how the knowledge sharing affect the performance of enterprises through the intermediary role of organizational innovation,in order to find a new key to unlock the "black box" of the effect of knowledge sharing and organizational innovation on firm performance,and draw some conclusions with theoretical and practical significance.This research combines the normative analysis and empirical analysis.In the part of normative analysis,the paper lays a solid theoretical foundation through literature research method.Through reading a lot of literature,we understand the research status of related issues,and summarize the classification of knowledge sharing,organizational innovation and enterprise performance measurement,getting a substantial preparation for an empirical study.In the empirical analysis section,the data of knowledge sharing,organizational innovation and enterprise performance are obtained by using the questionnaire method,according to the conceptual model,the data analysis was carried out by using SPSS 16.0 andAMOS17,The analysis methods include descriptive statistical analysis and Structural Equation Modeling,revealing the ways of knowledge sharing and organizational innovation affecting the performance of enterprises.The results show that the various dimensions of knowledge sharing affect organizational innovation and enterprise performance directly,dimensions of organizational innovation have a direct effection on enterprise performance and play an intermediary role in the relationship between knowledge sharing and enterprise performance.These conclusions can help us to make better analysis on what factors can have a greater contribution to the performance of the enterprise,the results through theoretical analysis can help to cultivate the ability of knowledge sharing and improve enterprise performance.According to these conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward to the enterprise:(1)Develop adequate internal knowledge sharing mechanism;(2)Establish external network,actively communicate with external stakeholders for knowledge sharing;(3)Pay close attention to the situation of organizational innovation,and give the corresponding improvement measures of knowledge sharing through the feedback of the level of organizational innovation.
