The economy of our country in the gradual transition to independentinnovation strategy, innovation has become the theme of the newsituation.Technological talents as an important part of national innovation mainbody, shoulder the important mission of the development of science andtechnology. As everyone knows that knowledge plays an important role intechnological talent aggregation, and knowledge sharing activities is thepremise and basis of knowledge innovation.Technological talents is the mainbody of creation and the carrier of knowledge sharing, the knowledge sharing ofscientific and technological talent aggregation contributes to promote the wholelevel of the team promotion and achieve team goals, and knowledge sharing inthe technological talent aggregation is the key link of the influence of scientificand technological achievements. Therefore, analysis of the process ofknowledge sharing andrevealed knowledge sharing mechanism of technologicaltalent aggregationnot only to an important role in improving thecompetitiveness of technological talent team, but also has the importantmeaning to the development of science and technology.Based on defining knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing mechanismof technological talents aggregation and other related concepts, this paper analyzes the knowledge sharing features of technologicaltalents aggregation.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors on theknowledge sharing of technological talent aggregation, this paper construct theinfluencing factors model of knowledge sharing in technological talentaggregation. This paper reveals the formation mechanism of knowledge sharing,and intensive studies on knowledge sharing mechanism and knowledge sharingperformance.Knowledge sharing mechanism of scientific and technologicaltalent aggregation is the basic mechanism and operation intrinsic mode whichscientific and technological talent used. It is the aggregate of path or methodwhich ensure mutual influence, interaction and mutual promotion or restrictionbetween every element in knowledge sharing and the organic organization. Thispaper analysis the influence factors of the knowledge sharing from four aspects,according subject, object, channel and circumstance of knowledge sharing, andconstruct to a conceptual model of the knowledge sharing, and put forwardrelevant research hypothesis.Based on the related research achievements, and combining thecharacteristics of knowledge sharing of technological talent aggregation, thispaper work out the questionnaire of technological talent knowledge sharing.The questionnaire was modified by Delphi method and the small sample surveymethod. By issuing questionnaires to the relevant technological talents, thispaper carries out large-scale investigation, and obtains research data.By usingSPSS19.0software statistical analysis of the questionnaire results, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire can be ensure.Because the research contentsare both observable variables and unobserved variables, this paper usingstructural equation model to analyze of data, and test the hypotheses, in order toanalyze whether the influence factor of knowledge sharing have significanteffect on its performance.This paper constructed a path model of knowledgesharing, and using the AMOS21.0software to analysis every indexes of themodel to explain the relationship between variables and in-depth analysis of theresults.According to the results of empirical studies, this paper draws the researchconclusion:technologicaltalent aggregation of knowledge sharing performance andindividual performance showed a high level; the characteristics of knowledge isnot significantly affected to technological talent aggregation of knowledgesharing performance; the degree of the influence of knowledge sharing factorseffect on the performance different. Therefore, this paper suggests buildingknowledge sharing learning mechanism, knowledge sharing media mechanism,knowledge sharing incentive mechanism and knowledge sharingculturemechanism, in order to provide a new idea for the knowledge sharingactivities of technological talent aggregation.
