Employee voice is an active expression of thinking and innovative ideas.This positive thought collision can strengthen the team learning and improve the organizational status.But as an informed sender,the true function of the proposal depends on the proposed receiver,most of which is a superior,whether it can be adopted.As one of the results of social persuasion,the process of adoption is complex and uncertain.Therefore,this dilemma provides us with the realistic background of researching the mechanism of the voice endorsement.Through literature review,we come to a conclusion that few studies research voice endorsement.We can't help asking,does China's unique supervisor-subordinate Guanxi affect the endorsement of the voice? According to the theory of persuasion the content of voice,psychological perception,the relationship between supervisor and subordinate all can affect on voice endorsement,so this thesis aims to explore the relationship between voice behavior and voice endorsement mediated by managers' perceived loyalty and moderated by Guanxi in Chinese situations.In study 1,a 2 by 2 inter group experiment was conducted to collect data through the experimental situations that manipulate the voice types and the Guanxi level.In study 2,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the management level in the enterprise,and the following conclusions were obtained from the data analysis of the two studies:(1)there is a significant positive relationship between the voice type(promotive/ prohibitive voice)and voice endorsement;and the promotive voice is higher than prohibitive voice in the prediction of the voice endorsement.(2)Guanxi plays a positive role on voice endorsement.(3)the interaction of Guanxi and voice had no significant influence on voice endorsement.The study 2 also verified that(4)the managers' perceived loyalty plays a part of mediating role in the voice type and voice endorsement.(5)the perceived loyalty is partly mediated by the relationship between Guanxi and voice endorsement;(6)the interaction of employee(promotive / prohibitive)voice and Guanxi is influenced by managers' perceived loyalty as the mediation.But the mediated mediation model is not valid.
