Changing is the theme of the 21 st century,and most companies now achieve organizational goals by work teams in order to cope with the external dynamic challenges.Thus,what enterprises need to think about in practice is how to make the members of the team collaborate,instead of simple gathering.Theoretically,based on the importance of effectiveness of work team,this study aims to study the mechanism of the work team through the empirical study.It mainly solves two problems: The first one is the relationship between behavioral integration and team effectiveness,the second one refers to the regulating effect from transactional and transformational leadership.After building the model of behavioral integration and team effectiveness,this study adopts questionnaire investigation method with the knowledge working team as the research object through statistical analysis of data from 281 questionnaires.This study explores the main effect of behavioral integration and team effectiveness,meanwhile,figuring out the regulating effect of team leadership behavior.The variables discussed in this study include: decision-making participation,open communication and teamwork in the integration of team behavior;Task performance and peripheral performance of team effectiveness;Transsexual rewards and positive exception management of transactional leadership;Charm and appeal of transformational leadership.Through statistical analysis,this study found that the team integration of a significant positive relationship with the team performance,and positive regulating effect of transformational and transactional leadership behavior.The results of this study showed that,first,team behavior integration significantly influenced team effectiveness positively.Second,transactional and transformational leadership partly regulate the main effect of the above variables.The passage enriches the study on behavioral integration,team effectiveness and leadership behavior,meanwhile,it provides a new perspective for the enterprise to learn how to form a team and make it achieve high-level cooperation.
