With the development of computer technology represented by Internet technology and the strengthening of the trend of economic globalization, the traditional organization mode and management method have become more and more difficult to meet the requirements of actual production and operation, enterprises need to cultivate the ability of employees to find and solve problems independently.Employees must have the ability to learn and professional skills to meet the needs of daily work as the most basic elements of an enterprise. In addition, employees should have forward-looking behavior to achieve the requirements of potential release and self-development.In the current social background of China's economic transformation and upgrading, employees are not only the labor force of enterprises, but also the important carrier of enterprises' innovation ability.Employees are playing an increasingly important role in promoting the development of enterprises' organizational structure. In addition,it is of great significance to study how different leadership styles affect employees' forward-looking behaviors in both theoretical and practical sense.Based on relevant literature research, this paper divides forward-looking behavior into three dimensions: spontaneous behavior and attitude, risk aversion and transformation, target optimization and promotion. This paper mainly studies the relationship between transformational leadership style, transactional leadership style and forward-looking behavior, and adds self-efficacy as a mediating variable. This paper first sorts out the relevant fields of transformational and transactional leadership styles,forward-looking behaviors and self-efficacy through literature review, and puts forward the theoretical model and theoretical assumptions of this paper. Finally, through the test of the assumptions through the questionnaire survey results, the following conclusions are drawn: transformational leadership styles have a positive impact on employees' forward-looking behaviors,in which self-efficacy plays a mediating role;transactional leadership styles have a positive impact on employees' spontaneous behaviors and attitudes of forward-looking behaviors, and risk aversion and conversion, and have no positive impact on employees' goal optimization and promotion, and self-efficacy plays a mediating role. This paper attempts to enrich the empirical research results on the relationship between leadership and employee behavior in theory, and to explain the black-box process betweenenterprise leadership style and forward-looking behavior from the perspective of individual employees. In practice, from the perspective of transformational and transactional leadership, this paper provides a theoretical basis and a new perspective for new ventures to improve their employees' forward-looking behavior, and then provides the following management suggestions for them to improve their competitiveness in the fierce competition.First, leaders do not need to pursue to become transformational or transactional leadership. If the two leadership styles of transformational and transactional leadership can be effectively combined, employees will have ways and means to implement forward-looking behavior and greatly increase their forward-looking behavior.Second, enterprise managers should attach importance to the management and promotion of employees' self-efficacy,thus greatly stimulating employees' forward-looking behavior.
