In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge is an important factor in the production and operation of enterprises.Knowledge workers have gradually become the most important driving force in the creation of enterprise value.However,due to the high degree of autonomy,high creativity and strong self-actualization needs of knowledge workers,and traditional passive behavior control oriented human resource management has been unable to produce effective incentives for them.This study attempts to study how to positively motivate knowledge workers' attitudes and behaviors from the perspective of steward behavior,a positive behavioral perspective,and place long-term organizational interests above personal interests.Through the research review and theoretical research,this paper explores the mediating role of emotional commitment between authentic leadership and employee stewardship behavior tendency and the regulatory role of the matching of values between authentic leadership and emotion commitment.In this paper,SPSS 20 and AMOS 20 are used to study the data obtained from the questionnaire.The reliability and validity of the selected scale are verified by the reliability and validity analysis.;Through variance analysis,we found the difference of demographic variables on four variables.There are significant differences in the nature of post in the measurement of authentic leadership and the matching of values.In particular,the knowledge workers of the management post have a high level of perceived authentic leadership,whose values are more matched with the values of the organization.;This paper validates the correctness of the model hypothesis through correlation analysis and regression analysis,validates the mediating effect of affective commitment on the relationship between real leadership and employee steward behavior,and verifies the moderating effect of value matching on authentic leadership and affective commitment.Finally,according to the research conclusion,combined with the characteristics of knowledge workers,this paper puts forward several suggestions,from the two levels of leadership style and knowledge worker management,it enriches knowledge worker incentive mechanism and Stewardship behavior theory.
