Study Of Contemporary Chinese Food Safety Issues

"The kingdom based on people, hunger breeds discontent, to food security for the first". This sentence can abstract from the motto, it recognizes the importance of food safety. In recent years, people require improve the quality of food with the development of our national economy and the improving people's living standard. This means that the question has become a consensus of the government and the community. However, a series of food safety incidents in real life has fully exposed the serious problems in China, and this aroused widespread concern. Based on this, this paper choose a strong practical relevance subject, which is the contemporary food safety issues as the research object, examined from the perspective of bioethics, it has a very important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, we describe the genetically modified food security, the safety of food additives and a series of food poisoning incidents in the lack of ethics from the definition of food security and the main problems, which discussed the misconceptions of the governments and consumers about the food additives, this paper analysis the reasons of food safety problems about the credit crisis, the alienation of the life value and moral anomie-depth. And based on articles from ethics of life four principles, this paper suggest that people should defend from four aspects that the four principles of life ethics, the role of traditional ethics, media monitoring, social responsibility of scientists, the building enterprise moral and food safety legislationThis paper put forward that the food additive is an important raw material or component of the modern food processing. We should pay more attention to food-borne diseases, rather than food additives. The main problem in aspects of food additive is that using the illegal and the excessive using of additives.Using of food additives in the Food production, processing is the key to ensure consumer health. Food safety problems need government, scientists, enterprise and media and other food security interests related groups or individuals to work together to create safe food environment.
