Research On Optimization Of International Research Collaboration Of China Aerospace Science And Technology Corporation

In recent years,China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation(CASTC)were trying to do the science and technology innovation cooperation with other countries in the aerospace science and technology progress.Until now,CASTC had done the innovation in Science and Technology with several countries such as England,USA,Russia Federation,Ukraine.And they had got some achievement.But because of lacking experiences,many problems occurred in the process of cooperation among China and other countries.Thus this paper would deeply research the topic and project on it.Firstly,this paper introduced the current status of the international science and technology cooperation of CASTC,used the method of factor analysis to analysis the influence factors,and concluded some problems in the cooperation.These problems are inaccurate strategic positioning of cooperation,narrow cooperation,fewer partners,lacking of autonomy.As to these problems,this paper found some reasons in the enterprise internal and external aspects.Secondly,this paper proposed some designed plans to promote the development of the international cooperation of CASTC.These plans are improving the Group's international cooperation strategy,broadening the international cooperation in the field of scientific research,a reasonable choice of international research partners and strengthening the autonomy of the Group's international scientific research cooperation.At last,to ensure the successful implementation of international scientific research cooperation optimization program of the Group,this paper proposed some safety precautions,such as promoting the Group's international scientific research cooperation in the information construction,enhancing the level of construction of the Group's talent,improve the Group's international scientific research cooperation in the risk control and so on.By the way of analyzing the current status of CASTC in the international cooperation in the field of science and technology,this paper could do some contribution for the next researchers and show the theory significance.Furthermore,this paper also could provide some references for the relativemanagers in CASTC and showed the practical significance.
