With the highly development of mobile internet,the new business model accessory products permeate every aspects of our life.Currently many traditional sectors are embracing the mobile internet positively,such as the internet enterprises on a certain scale in the field of catering,auto industry,food,finance,and other industries.Driven by the new idea “Internet+”,new business models emerge in endlessly.Mobile internet is in complete harmony with our daily life,and provides us the intelligent life service in order to change our way of life.Mobile internet has stepped into many fields or industries,and forms a trans-disciplinary tide of changing traditional sectors.While it is less involved in the daily community.Community is the primary site for people's living activity,and the residents have more demands.With the high promotion of the quality of life,the residents pursue the highly-convenient community life.On the basis of the residents' real demands,this thesis make the business model research on the community service platform from the aspects of position,products,profits,and marketing in order to design an entrepreneurial program---business model of Yibang Community service platform which is also the main content of the thesis.The thesis firstly introduces the subject source,the research background,the significance and analyzes the development of the intelligent community platform both in domestic and overseas,and then takes the colorful life as an example then analyzes the business model of the community service platform.Secondly,in the aspect of community service,it applies the questionnaires and the interviews to do surveys on the residents' demands,and analyze the results in order to support the design of Yibang community service platform.Then on the basis of questionnaires' and interviews' results,it proposes the design concept and position,and entirely designs the products of Yibang community.At last do the research on the profits and the customers' value in order to design the profit model of the Yibang community service platform,and meanwhile from the perspective of the products' lifecycle,it designs the marketing strategy of Yibang community service platform.
