Research Of Project Managementabout Customer Satisfaction Enhancement About Literature Customized Service Of Aerospace Library Information Institute

Literature customized services to some extent change the way people access to literature,improved acquisition efficiency,it has become the hotpoint in related fields.With the gradual improvement of living standards and increasingly popular literature customization services,customers need higher quality document customization service,document customization services to enhance customer satisfaction is imperative.In this paper,Space Research Institute of Library and Information Services customized document for the study,the use of project management theory,carried out research relevant literature customized services to enhance customer satisfaction project management program.First of all,this paper collects the data by distributing the questionnaire,and makes a research and analysis on the status quo of the user satisfaction degree of the document customization service project of the Aerospace Library and Information Research Institute,and summarizes the problems in the customer satisfaction degree.Then,This paper designs the project management plan of document customization service user satisfaction from the two aspects of project life cycle and project management knowledge system,and combines the actual situation of document customization service project of space library and information institute,and analyzes the project management plan(Project start-up phase,project planning stage,project implementation stage,project control stage and project ending stage),as well as the entire project management knowledge system(project objectives and scope,the project implementation phase,the project implementation phase,Organizational structure,human resource allocation and risk management).Finally,through the comparison of the data of customer satisfaction before and after the implementation of the program,the evaluation results show that the project management scheme can improve the document customization service Head of customer satisfaction,enhance the efficiency of the internal space of Library and Information Institute.Based on the theory of project management,this paper designs and implements a project management scheme to enhance the customer satisfaction of the document customization service,which can provide reference for themanagement personnel of the Space Library and Information Research Institute,and can improve the customer satisfaction,can be applied on other occasions,it has some significance and practical significance.
