Study On Operations Mode For RCS Product

The development of the mobile Internet has brought about many new features in the current information transmission field.Many applications based on RCS services are playing an increasingly important role in people's daily lives.Since OTT products such as WeChat and QQ already have some similar functions of RCS,they gather a large user base with their diverse social scenes and ultimate user experience.In the face of such a dilemma,it is necessary for telecom operators to develop RCS services.How to develop RCS services can help operators to make up for the business revenues that are replaced.This paper has conducted research and discussion on these two issues.This article first introduced the RCS service in depth,from the business concept,functions,technology evolution,to the system platform and the construction of the software system.It also elaborated on the necessity of operators to develop RCS services.After finding that operators must develop RCS services to meet market competition conclusions,The author use the SWOT analysis method to analyze operators' development of RCS services,and to compare operators' strengths and weaknesses in the development of such services,and to develop the business association.Threats and opportunities.Finally,combined with the operation mode of mobile internet products and the operational strategies of the enterprise's converged communication services of international mainstream operators,the operating methods of two user groups for individual users and government-enterprise group customers are presented for reference by domestic operators.
