| Today,mobile phone is increasing rapidly.According to the information from MIIT(Ministry of Industry and Information Technology),there are over 1.29 billion mobile phones in 2015,and the global mobile phone amount is close to the global population.Furthermore,it is widely believed that there would be more mobile phones than population in 2016.Because there are three diferent mobile standards in china,and the most phones can be used for only one mobile standard,this attracts the attention of telecom operators besides of the network fee,to improve the customer's perception and rise the sales of his special mobile standard.This thesis introduce the background and the developing process at first: from several concentrated big cities to most little cities,and to professional After-sales service providers.Then,it detailly describes the main content of mobile after-sales service and management,include supplies management,repairment,supplies verification.Base on these,and considering the current circumstances of JiangXi Telecom about four levels management,we can draw conclusions that there are some problems for JiangXi Telecom after-sales: it's unclear for repairment and applies management,it's hard to manage the data of region center,it's hard to get the needed information about after-sales,some measures are hard to fulfil.Thus,we define some principles: practicability is the most importent,and it should be advanced,safed,extendible,etc.,therefore,we select SSH frame and Java language to develop the system.In the using of the system,there arised some new problems,we solved them through revising the occupation method and adding logs.By this platform,we can achieve the whole process information management for moblie phone after service.It simplizes the deal of mobile repair,simplizes the following of administrators,simplizes the controlling of the executor.It improves the whole service quality and competition level.It has very high social value and economic value. |
