Risk Management Of Nanchong Mobile Integrated Design Project

The investment scale of network construction in communication industry has become larger and larger.So the integrated design is needed to reduce the coordination difficulty in the process of implementation,improve work efficiency and save investment.But it has higher requirements for organization structure,management model,cost,and progress control of the design organization,and there are more risks in the process of project implementation.Therefore,how to accurately identify the risks in the project management practice,evaluate and classify the levels of risks,and put forward relevant coping strategy and early warning mechanism,is an important factor influencing the progress and quality of integrated design project,thus becoming a common demand of low-level managers in integrated design project.The paper introduces the basic conditions of Nanchong Mobile's integrated project and the necessity of risk management,planning of risk management according to the requirements of Nanchong Mobile's integrated project.Then,it uses statistical analysis,brainstorming,causal analysis chart,and check list to classify and identify the risks in Nanchong Mobile's integrated design project and offer the list of risk management.And the modeling computational method based on evaluation matrix and expert scoring method is adopted to evaluate the degree of risks.Finally,the paper puts forward coping strategies for Nanchong Mobile's integrated design project such as risk avoidance,transfer,prevention,emergency and acceptance,as well as risk monitoring & control and emergency mechanism.
