Research On Campus Smart Card Project Management Of A Company

In the process of enterprise information construction and management,the quality of the project determines the efficiency and the core competitiveness of the enterprise.The level of enterprise IT project management quality is related to the depth of enterprise information,and thus affects the competitiveness of the company in the market.Compared with other industries,IT technology is more innovative and rapidly integrated into the development of various industries.IT technology has brought revolutionary changes to enterprise development along with began to mature and popularization of its technical concept,and brought revolutionary changes for development,as well as enterprise market development blueprint,basic organizational structure and business domain planning and other aspects.With the rapid development of information technology in China,information technology has immeasurable value for the progress of society.Good quality of the project management process specification and system of IT,the implementation of the project to play an active role,if not in the process of management personnel to participate in,or Managers themselves are incompetent,will cause immeasurable consequence to the informationization development of the enterprise,and make the enterprise do not reach the expected income after the investment.Based on the theory of the key elements by IT project management,this paper introduces the concept of IT project management in the Internet industry and its differences from traditional project management,and elaborates on the elements of integration management,communication management and risk management in the project.On this basis,the company A campus ID project management case study as an example,First of all,A company's basic situation and introduces the organization structure,this paper expounds the background of a campus one project management company,and then from the project integration management,communication management and risk management,etc.,on campus ID A company project management problems are analyzed,through the analysis found that the reasons for the above problems are that the management does not strongly support IT projects,the allocation of human resources in the project team is unreasonable,the project management needs to be further improved,the information communication is not clear,the risk awareness is not strong,and there is no corresponding incentive mechanism.To indicate A company in the disadvantages of campus ID shown in the process of project management,and from theintegrated management of the project management process,communication management,risk management process from three aspects,proposes the corresponding solution to the question in the case,finally from the start of the project,planning,executing,monitoring,ending five aspects for implementation of project management in A company.Through the application research of IT project management in A company,the following suggestions are put forward for company A: firstly,pay attention to the importance of the preliminary research work.the quality of the preliminary research work can directly affect the smooth development and the final quality of the project.Secondly,suggestions on project planning should be made.The project objectives should be easy to achieve and the project scope can only include the necessary work.Finally,the proposal of project control,project management should be given higher authority and need to pay attention to the progress of critical path and sub-critical path at the same time and deal with project risks flexibly.This paper studies the problems existing in the IT project management of A company,and finds solutions to the IT project management of A company,so as to ensure that A company can improve the implementation quality of the IT project and obtain the expected economic benefits from the project.Therefore,the research in this paper has certain reference significance for Internet enterprises to implement IT project management,and also contributes to the theoretical basis of IT project management.
