Low quality of Supervisor-subordinate Guanxi(SSG)may cause the reduce of Altruistic Behavior,which also led to stress,anxiety,insomnia and other physiological and psychological problems for employees,affect effective coordination among members of an organization,lead to group counterproductive and extreme group events.This paper aims to interpret the mechanism of many organizational phenomena or behaviors through the study of the relationship between superiors and subordinates in Chinese organization situations.Based on the literature,this study examines SSG and altruistic behavior by issuing and recovering 355 questionnaires to the professionals,and expands the management academics,understanding of SSQ also provides a new way to explore the mechanism of workplace isolation.The empirical results reveal that:SSG in Chinese organizational situation significantly affects the employee's feelings about the isolation of the workplace.The isolation of the workplace has significantly affected altruistic behavior of the employees.The isolation of the workplace has played a mediating role in the altruistic behavior caused by SSG This study fills the gap in this direction of SSG theory research by studying SSG and altruistic behavior.Also a clear theoretical model is constmcted.The proposed workplace isolation intermediary mechanism helps people to better understand the impact of SSG on the altruistic behavior.Poor SSG will lead to workplace isolation in the organizational situation in China,and will lead to a series of negative effects.Managers need to formulate specific countermeasures to prevent and reduce such hazards and the organization should provide corresponding policies to support and strive to create an organizational atmosphere that is positive and helpful.On the other hand,the superiors should strengthen communication with the subordinates,including non-working time communication,and gradually build a relationship of mutual trust,reducing the sense of isolation of employees in the team.At the same time,this paper points out the possible path of increasing the altruistic behavior of the members in organization.It has certain enlightenment and guidance for enterprises to attach importance and improve the corporate culture,to identify and eliminate the negative impact of workplace isolation.
