From the international market and the domestic import and export of foreign trade data in recent years,comprehensive judgments,China's foreign trade development in the face of instability,uncertainty is still serious.In 2013,the Ministry of Commerce first pointed out that foreign trade comprehensive service enterprises are new forms of modern service industry and can effectively solve the problems of import and export of small and medium-sized micro-manufacturing enterprises.But the opportunities and threats always coexist,the overall foreign trade industry depression,the competition between the industry,how to use opportunities and threats to become H company research strategy motive.The author used PEST and Five Forces model to analyze the company's external environment and find the company's development opportunities and threats,and then use the EFE matrix to evaluate the external environment;Through the analysis of the company's internal environment and to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the company's development,and then use the IFE Internal environment assessment.Finally,the author uses SWOT to determine the overall direction of H's differentiation strategy.In the differentiation strategy,H company based on the actual situation of the company,combined with H company according to their position in the market(leader,follower,conservative)to develop three different strategies,using AHP method and QSPM matrix selection the best strategy.Through the implementation of the differentiated strategy,H company finally elaborated on the implementation of the differentiated strategy from the strategic control based on the balanced scorecard,the joint-stock reform based on the capital operation,and the application of information technology.
