Wellch is an innovative company engaged in shoes products export for more than 20 years,the company takes product innovation and management innovation as the first power,continuously promotes the enterprise forward development,specialized for more than 40 international brand companies ODM products,the company is the founder of the domestic sandal industry,has maintained the industry leaders more than 10 years.In the current world economic,political environment,consumer concept and behavior change,foreign trade shoes industry is facing new difficulties.In this paper,we put the company's living environment,the strengths and weaknesses,the capabilities and resources into the strategic management theory and analysis tools to draw a conclusion.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,clarify the purpose,significance and method of the research.The second chapter introduces the concept of strategic management theory,expounds the strategic management,competitive strategy process and analysis tools,combined with the current theoretical new perspective fusion and brief analysis;The third chapter,the analysis of internal and external competitive environment:through the use of pest,five forces model,SWOT,the domestic shoes industry and Welch Company competition situation analysis;The fourth chapter,strategic choice:the business status of Welch Company is analyzed,summarize the strategic choice,strategic target positioning;The fifth chapter,strategic implementation and risk control:the internal system operation and guarantee mechanism in the implementation and implementation of the competition strategy of Welch Company,to evaluate its strategic risk;The sixth chapter,conclusion and the continue research of this paper.Starting from the actual situation of the company,through the analysis of the company's industry and internal and external environment,find the appropriate differentiation strategy for the current development of Welch Company.The process of analyzing and finding the conclusion can be used as reference for the traditional enterprise competition strategy model under the increasingly severe foreign trade environment.
