Research On The Development Strategy Of Mobile Health Industry From The Perspective Of Ecosystem

[Objective] The industry of Mobile Health is going through the period of rapid development as an emerging one.Although some progress has been made,it is also facing many problems,thus how to achieve sustainable development and meet the needs of public health is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the perspective of industrial ecology,the study used a combination research methods of qualitative and quantitative to understand the current situation and demand of subsystems within the industry and set up a series of mobile health model which is suitable for China market to achieve an objective and comprehensive evaluation of the current Mobile Health industry and lay the foundation for achieving the dynamic balance and value added of mobile health ecosystem.[Methods] Firstly,this paper aims to strengthened out the theory of Mobile Heath,Industrial Ecology,Michael Porter Diamond Model and system dynamics,then summarize the status on development of Mobile Health Industry in foreign countries,which laid the foundation the whole study.Secondly,the paper makes clear the elements of the mobile health industry system by the method of case analysis and system analysis,and carries on the questionnaire survey to the user and the doctor.The investigation data are analyzed by SPSS20.0 and AMOS 21.On this improved mobile Michael Porter Diamond Model identify the key points and conditions of inside system development,access model for reference frame according from strategy life cycle of mobile health products evaluate model.Lastly,through establish mobile health products ecosystem causal relationship model,find driving elements of building closed ecosystem,and support strategies and suggestions about force elements.[Results] Research results summarized as follows:(1)Mobile health ecosystem include 6 main subsystems:policy and supervise;users and consumers;technology supported institution;finance supported party;medical service agencies and health care workers.(2)Mobile health public user questionnaire was determined by a series of theories of consumer behavior research,including 2 parts,a total of 48 entries,users of mobile health service will construct the structural equation model,the model includes three endogenous variables and seven exogenous latent variables,a total of 10 research hypotheses are supported by.(3)Based on improved Mobile Health Diamond Model,study cleared that each trilateral dimensionalities of product elements,health demand and mobile health related support industry are the key point of mobile health industry.(4)Based on Mobile Health industry ecosystem causal relationship model,there are there major driving elements,namely government policy,health demand and business model.[Conclusions] Research conclusions summarized as follows:(1)Structural equation model of users' behavior intention of using mobile heath service has good reliability and validity and perception usefulness,perception ease of use,perception risk and users' health attainment have significant influence for users behavior intention(2)At the present stage of mobile health ecological subsystems are facing a series of problems,playing the guiding role of the government,looking for just need multi force field and reshaping the ecological network are the worthy of promotion strategies to achieve value-added mobile health ecological balance and value.
