Evaluation Of The Ecosystem Health Of Industrial Enterprises In Yunnan Minority Areas

As the western undeveloped areas,Yunnan province has many ethnic minorities,of which the economic development is lagging behind.Enterprise is the lifeblood of economic development in a country or region.If Yunnan province wants to achieve rapid economic development,we must accelerate the healthy development of the enterprise.As the main body of economic development in Yunnan Province,industrial enterprises determine whether the economy of Yunnan Province can continue to grow.Yunnan Province's “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” points out that industrial enterprise are facing a relatively large period of adjustment,whether industrial enterprises are healthy or not has become the focus of attention of all parties.From the perspective of enterprise ecosystem and combine the needs of current social economy and enterprise development,this article that is influenced by external environment forms the evaluation system that is applicable to the health of Yunnan industrial enterprises,which is composed of enterprise financial condition,stability,recovery force,growth force and innovation ability.According to the actual situation in Yunnan Province,using data from 8 autonomous regions from 2014 to 2016,principal component analysis was used to select the index with high contribution rate as the final evaluation index.To avoid the deficiency of subjective empowerment and objective empowerment,we combine G1 and entropy weight method to evaluate the ecosystem health of industrial enterprises of 8 minority autonomous prefectures in Yunnan province.The conclusions are analyzed from two aspects: regional and evaluation system dimensions.Results show that:(1)from the point of regional distribution,regional industrial ecosystem health degree of the comprehensive score sorting order from large to small is Honghe,Chuxiong,Dali,Wenshan,Dehong,Xishuangbanna,Lujiang,Diqing.(2)From the point of each dimension composite scores,that large to small is financial situation,stability,growth,external environment,innovation,resilience.From the three aspects of government and enterprises and areas,we make suggestions to give directions for the health of Yunnan industrial enterprises ecosystem.It also provides reference for the government to formulate relevant policies.
