Research On Business Model Of Domestic Mobile Phone Enterprises Based On Ecosystem

With the rapid development of the information industry,China has become the largest mobile phone market in the Internet era.With the popularization of the Internet and the maturing of mobile technology,domestic mobile phones have realized the transformation from functional to intelligent.The arrival of apple's iPhone has triggered a revolution in the mobile phone industry.Apple and Samsung still account for the lion's share of global handset sales.By contrast,domestic mobile phone brands are many but the overall development is somewhat unsatisfactory.At present,many mobile phone companies in China are trying to build their own ecosystem,but there is still a big gap between them.Therefore,for domestic mobile phones to occupy the dominant position in the fierce market competition,they must innovate their own business model.This paper on the status qua of the domestic mobile phone enterprise development and the are analyzed,and through the analysis of Huawei,OPPO mobile phone business model canvas,explore domestic handset universality and development trend of enterprise business model,namely,build the business ecosystem.The success of apple's mobile phone has triggered an ecosystem battle in the mobile phone industry,which has brought new opportunities and challenges to domestic mobile phone companies.To catch up with apple's long-term development,domestic mobile phone companies must innovate business models and build their own business ecosystem.This paper analyzes the commercial ecosystem of domestic mobile phone enterprises by means of commercial ecosystem theory,value network theory and co evolution theory.Based on this,trying to build domestic mobile phones enterprise business ecosystem co-evolution model,enterprise business model value flow model and domestic handset ecosystem business model integration model.Finally,the article represented by millet mobile phone case,we made empirical analysis on the above model,validation of the model of mobile phone companies have applicability in our country,and puts forward Suggestions for the future development of millet mobile phone.The purpose of this paper is to build the domestic mobile phone model of ecosystem business model integration,and hope can bring reference to the domestic mobile phone enterprise's development,so as to promote domestic mobile phone companies around the world keep the advantage in the fierce market competition,improve the competitiveness.
