With the rapid development of China's market economy and the deepening of reform,the growing competitiveness of enterprise across the country,in the context of modern capital markets,through asset operation increases the speed and scale of development of enterprise groups.At the moment,with the development of railway technology,rail traffic construction in China have occupied worldwide leading position,universal high-speed rail construction began in the country,and speed up the construction of railway track speed.As we all know,understanding of management of funds,funds management is continuously refined;especially for large construction as the main business activity of construction enterprise,due to the particularity of this kind of enterprise investment and use of funds,its capital stock of construction project management has become an important priority.Project funding is basic guarantee in the construction enterprises in the course of business: construction projects capital stock amount is excessive,will cause the idle funds lost part of its supposed benefits and reduce the value and efficiency of use of funds.Instead,projects capital stock amount is low,will cause the enterprise risk-resisting ability in the course of the construction project,unable to respond in a timely manner to emergencies but into trouble.Therefore,the project capital stock measurement and management of enterprises play a crucial role in the rational use of funds,reasonable construction projects capital stock management method to improve fund use efficiency,and enhance the ability to respond to financial risk.Therefore,this paper will study the funds storage management of construction projects by combining China Railway Bureau Group X in actual cases.This research paper of the China Railway Bureau Group X construction project funds stock is based on the real situation of this bureau and combined some related theory and methods,in order to do the research about the funds storage management of construction projects deeply.Thus,we can determine the relative good methods to manage the funds storage of large construction enterprises so that the reasonable measures can be applied to manage the funds stock in the enterprise entirely on the construction project,and eventually,the conclusion can be obtained and recommends can be proposed.
