Based Decision-making Model To Study The Strategic Enterprise Competitiveness

The value of all the work of an enterprise can only be realized when its products or services are recognized and then purchased by customers. An enterprise must compete in the market by exerting it's competitiveness in order to win the favour of customers towards it's products or services. That is mean that any task's contribution to the enterprise could be indirectly represented by enterprise's competitiveness. From this point, any theory or methods related to enterprise management or operation could be regarded as the theory or methods of being helpful to the fostering of competitiveness. Just based on all these above, this paper, relying on the knowledge of Competitiveness Of Enterprise and System Engeneering brings all the management theories and methods related to enterprises management or operation into such a framework as "competitiveness creation" to discuss a reasonable decision paradigm for cultivating enterprise competitiveness.The precondition of this research is that the market is a rational, non-completely monopoly, one with non-symmetrical information, owning lots of customers and the not all the customers having the same attitudes to utility and risk.In the first chapter, the author mainly expounds on the practical value of researching on decision paradigm for cultivating enterprise competitiveness.In the second chapter, based on "competitiveness creation" and referring to the literature summary and research methods of Henri Mingzberg, the author summarizes the former researches systematically, discusses the spirit of major schools of competitiveness as well as some limitations of them. First, based on the fruits of former researches, some modification on the structure of competitiveness in Sun Tzu's Art of War is advanced;Secondly, relevant researches of enterprise management are summarized into three major theory categories, namely "Inner-source Theory of Competitiveness", "Outer-source Theory of Competitive- ness" and "Strategy Theory of Competitiveness" and "Ten Paradigms" (Note: It has notable differences with the "Ten Schools" advanced by Henri Mingzberg). Starting from the view of management science, the original sources of thinking and the formation of all different schools are researched and objective evaluations on the fruits of those researches aboutcompetitiveness are also made. Finally, the researches on major fields of competitiveness are summarized.In the third chapter, the paper carries out a series of innovative researches on the basic theories of "Competitiveness Mechanics". First, based on case analysis, it puts forward some modifications on traditional definition of strategy and also discusses the relationship among strategy essence, strategy orientation and management validity. After that, starting from the purpose of competing and combined with cases, the paper describes some basic issues of competing. At the same time, from the viewpoint of economics, it also researches on the double sides of enterprise competitiveness. Then from the management science views, the definition of enterprise competitiveness and the substantial similarities and differences between competitiveness and capabilities are researched and also the influential factors of enterprise competitiveness, the function expressions and the mechanism of producing competitiveness are expounded on in detail. Besides, methods such as case analysis, economic explanation and logical demonstration are also resorted to bring forward the "Bubble Model", "Symbiosis Model" and "Harmony Mechanism" of enterprise competitiveness.In the fourth chapter, based on basic theories of value creation of competitiveness, the relationship among "Contractive and Instant Competitiveness", "Expanding and Instant Competitiveness", "Steady Competitiveness" and values of enterprises are researched respectively and the important judgement that the relationship curve of "Steady Competitiveness" and enterprise values is a kind of 'complicated curve' with concave, protruding and vertical shapes existing simultaneously and increases constantly with several points of underivation;At the same time, as long as the enterprise assigns its tasks centring on perfect competitiveness which has relatively more contributions on enterprise values, can the enterprise competitiveness wins the most rapid and steady development. Furthermore, this chapter also discusses issues such as the rapid-changing point of competitiveness, value of competitiveness barricade, definition and characteristics of perfect competitiveness, similarities and differences between perfect competitiveness and core competitiveness, choice of competitors, values of perfect competitiveness and so on.In the fifth chapter, the paper first explains the principles and processes of evaluating perfect competitiveness combined with its characteristics. Secondly, based on researches of the interrelationship among capabilities, competitiveness and competing results, it advances the mode of evaluating competitiveness from the twodirections of capability and result, and then identifying perfect competitiveness. It then carries out innovative and detailed discussions on the evaluating index structure based on results and the structure based on capabilities respectively. Thirdly, using the analyzing model of "Double AHP Linking" system to evaluate perfect competitiveness, it brings forward the dynamic AHP analyzing method suitable for evaluating enterprise competitiveness and perfect competitiveness based on error eliminating and capability changing, solving the problems of repetitive evaluations because of incomplete evaluating principles. It takes current competitiveness (capabilities), competitiveness (capabilities) in the process of exerting effects and competitiveness (capabilities) going to exert effects into consideration of evaluating competitiveness as a whole which greatly increases the validity and applicability of competitiveness evaluation.The sixth chapter first validates the correctness of "Mechanism of producing enterprise competitiveness" by resorting to questionnaire delivering and analyzing software of SPSS 11.0. Then, based on the analyzing model of "Double AHP Linking" system and evaluating index structure advanced by this paper, it carries out statistical research on the correctness of "Decision paradigm for cultivating competitiveness centring on perfect competitiveness" with DingXin International Corporation, TongYi Corporation and convenient noodles of HuaLong Food Group as its subjects.The major innovative points of this paper are: first, it brings forward that the "Decision paradigm for cultivating competitiveness centring on perfect competitiveness" is the most reasonable model of seeking value increase of enterprises. Secondly, it demonstrates on the important judgement that the relationship curve of "Steady Competitiveness" and enterprise values is a kind of 'complicated curve' with concave, protruding and vertical shapes existing simultaneously and increases constantly with several points of underivation, then points out the limitation of "Theory of core competitiveness" and "Bucket Theory" and other management theories on creating enterprise competitiveness. Thirdly, it brings forward the analyzing model of "Double AHP Linking" system and dynamic AHP analyzing method based on error eliminating and capability changing. Fourth, it advances the definition of perfect competitiveness for the first time. Fifth, from the viewpoint of researching competitiveness, it summarizes fruits of all the researches on enterprise management into three major theory categories, namely "Inner-source Theory of Competitiveness", "Outer-source Theory of Competitiveness" and "Strategy Theory of Competitiveness". Sixth, it gives the evaluating index structure based on results and capabilities.
