Research On Information Sharing Based On Jiangxi Hog Supply Chain

The current rapid development of China's national economy,people's living standard is increasing,the quality and safety of food and attention,which is an essential human pork dishes on the table,how to strictly control the quality and price of hog,good management of pig supply chain is the only way which must be passed,information sharing is conducive to promoting the development of hog supply chain each member,it is conducive to enhancing the pig supply chain on the interests,so in view of pig supply chain in Jiangxi Province,and to promote the pig supply chain information sharing has launched a series of research.This article mainly analyzes the existing issues of information sharing in the supply chain of pigs in Jiangxi Province.Based on the basic theoretical research on the information flow and information sharing of pig supply chain,the demand for information sharing in pig supply chain revolves around the supply chain of pigs in Jiangxi Province.The status quo analyzed and learned that the pig supply chain in Jiangxi province needs information sharing.According to this demand,the Prisoner's Dilemma is further used to judge whether the pig supply chain information is shared or not,and it is necessary to obtain information sharing.The authenticity of this demand,and finally the use of quantitative analysis methods,simulated retailers order pork and pork related status,and analyzed that the pig supply chain in Jiangxi Province indeed needs information sharing.Secondly,due to the advantages and disadvantages of information sharing being two-sided,in order to maximize the benefits of information sharing in the supply chain of pigs in Jiangxi Province and to maximize the interests of stakeholders in the pig supply chain,principal-agent theory was used to establish three incentive models.The first incentive model is a general incentive model.The influencing factors considered are risk sharing.The second incentive model is an incentive model that introduces observation variables of uncertainties.The third incentive considers the performance comparison of retailers of the same type.These three conditions have their own advantages and disadvantages.According to the actual situation,relevant stakeholders in the pig supply chain can choose different incentive models or a combination of the three to promote information sharing when signing a contract.Then,the previous research results were combined with the status quo of the pig supply chain in Jiangxi Province for a simple analysis.Then from the aspect of pig supply chain management and the information sharing system of the pig supply chain,the implementation mechanism in line with Jiangxi Province was put forward.At last,according to the main research contents and results of this paper,we summarize,and according to the actual situation carried out a simple analysis and look forward to thefuture of this research direction.
