Research On The Efficiency Of Sci-tech Finance Supporting The Development Of High-tech Industry In Jiangxi Province

Since the 21 st century,science and technology have grown by leaps and bounds,and hig h-tech has received universal attention from all countries in the world.Vigorously developing high-tech and realizing high-tech industrialization has become important measures for the de velopment of the economy in various countries.In the process of high-tech industry developm ent,sci-tech finance has become an important engine to promote its development.As one of th e less developed provinces in central China,Jiangxi Province is in an important period of eco nomic transformation.It is imperative to accelerate the development of high-tech industries an d improve the support efficiency of sci-tech finance.This paper is based on the perspective of sci-tech finance,taking the high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province as the research object,tryin g to discuss several issues of the high-tech industry support efficiency of Jiangxi Province.Based on the review of related domestic and foreign literatures,this paper adopts a threestage DEA method to measure the efficiency of sci-tech financial support for the development of high-tech industries in Jiangxi Province from 2002 to 2015.In the first stage,using the tra ditional DEA method,the original input value was used to measure the financial support effici ency of the high-tech industry in Jiangxi Province.In the second stage,the stochastic frontier analysis model(SFA)was used to analyze the effects of environmental variables and stochastic disturbance on the relaxation variables of investment in sci-tech finance in the first stage,and then the original input value was adjusted according to the regression results of the SFA model.In the third stage,using the value of the adjusted input variable after the second stage,the DEA method was again used to measure the efficiency of sci-tech financial support for high-tech industries in Jiangxi Province.This paper uses the three-stage DEA method to improve the homogeneity between years2002-2015,making the sci-tech financial support efficiency value of high-tech industries in Ji angxi Province more objective and scientific from 2002 to 2015.Through empirical research,i t is found that environmental factors and stochastic disturbances have a significant impact on t he financial support efficiency of high-tech industries in Jiangxi Province.The overall efficien cy,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency of the third stage are quite different from th e first stage.Finally,through the empirical results,this paper proposes reasonable suggestions for the development of high-tech industries in Jiangxi Province.
