The role of Small and Medium enterprises in national economic development is not only in Mongolia but also in other countries.Especially in countries where the majority of Mongolians market relies on imports,with a small population and high demand,local ethnic factories have played an important role in Mongolia's economic development.Due to the development of international communication technology,the demand for the Internet has grown rapidly.Therefore,the development of e-commerce services is necessary for the rapid development of Small and Medium industry.For businesses,e-commerce can reduce the cost of starting a business,save time,limit space,and provide faster service.For consumers,they can select the products and services they need,and can purchase information and materials at a low price and security.Small and Medium industry in Mongolia need to have their own characteristics,suitable for national characteristics of the development of ecommerce strategies.This article gives an overview of the basic theories of strategic management and ecommerce,and empirical analysis of Mongolian Small and Medium industry e-commerce development and analysis of strategic environmental factors,discusses the status quo of development of e-commerce in Mongolia and the problems in the development of ecommerce,in order to select Mongolia The development strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises e-commerce,empirical analysis of the current e-commerce development of Mongolian Small and Medium industry and analysis of development strategy factors,reveals the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of Mongolian Small and Medium industry e-commerce.After analyzing the strategic environment for the development of ecommerce among small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia,a strategic choice for the development of e-commerce in Mongolia is proposed,including strategic ideas,strategic objectives,strategic guidelines,and policy recommendations for the development of ecommerce in Mongolia..
