Mongolia is in a period of transition to industrialization and modernization.The country’s economic reform and opening up,and with a positive trend into the world economy.In this macro trend,the status and role of SMEs are very important.Mongolia has a large number of small and medium-sized enterprises,flexible management,the proportion of business is rising,and its role in social and economic development is constantly emerging.However,many small and medium-sized enterprises have many problems,such as lack of funds,low quality of employees,and the characteristics of family management in culture.The effective management of talents has become an important problem restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Therefore,based on the theory of modern human resource management,it is a valuable research topic to analyze the main problems and causes of human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia,draw lessons from the experience of human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,and put forward the strategies to improve human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia.The first part of the paper is the introduction part,which is the basis of the research work.The second part describes the concept and related theories of this study,which is the basis of this study.The third part is about the current situation of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia,and puts forward the existing problems of human resource management in small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia from five aspects,and analyzes the causes,including:the problems in the recruitment of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises,the problems in the training of small and medium-sized enterprises,the problems in the compensation management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and There are four aspects of performance management in small and medium-sized enterprises.The fourth part further analyzes the challenges of human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia,China’s development cases and experience and Its Enlightenment to Mongolian enterprises.The fifth part of the article puts forward the countermeasures to develop the human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the content of this study.
