A Survey On Residents In Health Care Spending Differences Of Hunan Province

With the development of our national economic,political and cultural development,people's living standards rising.People also pay more attention to health.The resident's medical services expernditure have bebome very important to consumption expenditure.This thesis takes Hunan province residents health care expenditure as the research object,study on its difference.Firstly,through the description of statistical methods for the analysis of the Hunan province residents health care expenditure has not only the differences between urban and rural areas,but also among the districts.Followed by the differences and the influencing factors of health care expenditure theory knowledge as the foundation,proposes the hypothesis: Influencing factor also has regional differences,and carries on the empirical research.The results show that there are regional differences in the factors affecting the health care expenditure of residents in Hunan province.In the region,the disposable income of residents has a significant positive impact on health care expenditure,West Hunan and South Hunan are more affected by income levels;only the price of health care has a significant positive impact on health care expenditure in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan;Education and age factors have a positive effect on health care expenditure,but not significantly;in urban and rural areas,the residents' disposable income and educational level have a significant positive impact on both urban and rural residents;the provision of medical infrastructure has only a positive impact on rural residents;the price coefficient of medical care only has a significant impact on urban residents;the medical security system has a significant reverse effect on rural residents.The conclusion of this paper is that The income level of residents in any area of health care expenditure has a significant positive influence,education and age has a positive effect on health care expenditure,medical care prices,medical infrastructure,medical security system,the influence degree of the existence of regional differences.In order to further improve the province residents health,mental health,the relevant departments in Hunan province should further enhance the residents income levels and narrow the income gap;improve the medical service of our province facilities,improve the level of medical services in hospitals should speed up the rural;improve the rural medical infrastructure,to meet the basic medical needs of rural residents;to provide all residents a good medical service.
