| Knowledge workers are the cornerstone of enterprise innovation and the core competitive force for enterprise development and growth.There is a high demand for knowledge-based employees among enterprises in the construction industry.Many companies actively optimize and improve their incentive plans for knowledge-based employees in order to strengthen their own development capabilities,in order to stabilize the team of knowledge-based employees and further enhance the company’s core competitiveness.This thesis takes the motivation of knowledge-based employees in Company A as the research object,using questionnaire survey methods,literature research methods,and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the current situation and existing problems of knowledge-based employee motivation in company A.Based on the comprehensive motivation theory,the incentive plan for knowledge-based employees is optimized and designed from three aspects: salary and benefits,education and training,and career development.The research conclusion of this thesis includes three aspects: Firstly,there are problems with the motivation of knowledge-based employees in Company A,the salary system is not perfect,the training mechanism is not comprehensive,and the promotion mechanism is not sound.Secondly,there are many reason for the problem of motivating knowledge-based employees in Company A is complex,with outdated concepts and methods of salary and welfare incentives,and a very low emphasis on talent training.The company lacks a systematic system for job promotion training.Thirdly,the Company A optimizes the incentive plan for knowledge-based employees,sets different salaries based on different positions,and constructs a broadband salary mechanism to increase the salary limit and welfare allowance level of excellent knowledge-based employees.A normalized education and training system is established,and professional skills and comprehensive knowledge training are strengthened to meet the learning and progress needs of knowledge-based employees.A promotion mechanism with parallel positions and titles is also constructed,Ensure smooth career development for knowledge-based employees.In order to implement the incentive plan for knowledgebased employees in Company A,the management also needs to change the concept of motivating knowledge-based employees,increase the importance of motivating knowledge-based employees,improve the education and training mechanism for knowledge-based employees,and improve the professional level of motivating management personnel. |
