With the vigorous development of the tertiary industry and the improvement of people's living standards,the tourism industry has gradually become a national strategic pillar industry,and rural tourism is an important component of the tourism industry.At the same time,with the rapid development of science and technology,we are gradually entering the era of information technology.Tourists are also pursuing more personalized experiences.Their needs are increasingly diversified.Traditional rural tourism and extensive management models are no longer available.Meet the needs of tourists.As rural tourism activities take place in rural areas far from cities,the distribution is relatively scattered,and it has a breadth in space.Therefore,traditional tourism management and marketing methods can no longer cater to the needs of independent tourist source groups.In addition,the number of tourists is constantly rising,which brings economic benefits to tourism destinations and also imposes arduous tasks on the protection of resources.Therefore,the rural tourism industry urgently needs to seek breakthroughs to complete the transformation and upgrading of the entire industry and realize the sustainable development under the background of the smart tourism era.In the context of the era of smart tourism,this study started from the field survey of Urumqi County and based on the perspective of wisdom,and proceeded from the four dimensions of management,marketing,service,and basic security system,and discussed the development status of rural tourism industry in Urumqi County.The existing problems are analyzed,and according to the existing conditions,the braking forces and constraints of the intelligent development of rural tourism in Urumqi County are summarized.Based on this,the development countermeasures and improvement paths are proposed.In addition,based on the actual situation in Urumqi County,a rationalized analysis of the demand was carried out.Based on the IOS system,Urumqi County designed and implemented a dedicated tourism APP application.The main findings are as follows:Through on-the-spot investigation of the study area,in terms of existing problems,there is a lack of reasonable planning for the tourism industry in Urumqi County,and there is a phenomenon of homogeneity in tourism products;there is a lack of information mining for tourists.In order to be able to achieve precise management,the infrastructure construction of tourism is lagging behind and the foundation of informatization is very weak;the awareness of the relevant employees is weak,and the concept of wisdom is lacking as guidance;the overall environmental awareness in the county is poor There is a lack of smart monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.At the same time,Urumqi County's economic base,tourism resources,and market demand are dynamic factors in its intelligent construction of tourism;in addition,its backward concept,weak foundation,lack of talents,lack of funds,lack of innovation,and backwardness of its system are its intelligent construction.Constraining factors.Research shows that exploring the development and promotion of rural tourism in Urumqi County starts with the four dimensions of management,marketing,service,and basic security system.At the same time,the tourism management department plays a role as a mainstay,and tourists,tourism community,and tourism companies need to cooperate with each other and form a concerted effort to work together to build a smart rural tourism.In addition,in order to realize the precise management of tourism destinations,analyze the main audiences of tourism products to facilitate accurate marketing,and control the dynamics of tourism destinations in real time,it is necessary to acquire the tourist destination,age,quantity,navigation route,gender,etc.Implicit characteristics of information to achieve.Therefore,this paper starts from the four dimensions of management,marketing,service,and basic security,and proposes development strategies,promotion paths,and rural smart tourism platforms for rural tourism in Urumqi County,and introduces ?signaling data—operators—tourism management departments.The three-in-one model proposes the concept of capturing and analyzing tourist tacit information.According to the actual situation in Urumqi County,a rational analysis of the demand is made.Based on the IOS system,Urumqi County design and realize the exclusive application of travel APP.Its function is divided into the reservation of tourist products and the introduction of basic information,which brings convenience for tourists' travel.At the same time,it will increase product marketing channels for tourism tourism operators and provide reference for the construction and promotion of smart tourism in rural areas in Urumqi and even in Xinjiang.
