Under the background of the new electricity reform,power market competition is more fair,adequate,direct,and fierce,and power generation companies are facing new challenges and opportunities.At present,China's economic downturn,relative surplus of electricity market,and coal market continue to be sluggish.The current timing of reforms is not favorable to power generation companies.With the intensification of market-oriented competition,the power generation industry may have division of profit and loss,survival of the fittest,merger and reorganization in the long run.Faced with the competitive pressure in the electricity market,Hutubi Thermal Power Plant urgently needs to establish an effective performance assessment system to promote the realization of corporate strategic objectives.Therefore,the research content of this paper is put forward: the optimization study of the performance assessment system of Hutubi Thermal Power Plant lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise,and is also the internal need of the enterprise to seize opportunities,meet challenges,and develop healthily in the fierce market competition.This article cuts in from the basic theory of performance appraisal,consults domestic and foreign literature,and conducts research on the performance appraisal of Hutubi Thermal Power Plant.Based on this,through the diagnosis and analysis of the status quo of the performance assessment system of Hutubi Thermal Power Plant,and comprehensively using the performance management methods such as the objective management method and the key performance indicators method,the company's strategic objectives and key performance indicators are decomposed and progressively layered.transfer.Secondly,the hierarchical ranking method is combined with the subjective experience method to weight the key performance indicators of different levels,and a set of performance assessment system based on corporate strategic objectives is optimized and designed.Finally,this paper provides a series of practical and feasible safeguard measures for the optimized performance appraisal system.It elaborates on the three aspects of preparatory work for performance appraisal,control and implementation of performance appraisal,and application of performanceappraisal results.Smoother and more efficient implementation and implementation.This paper studies the optimization of the performance evaluation system of Hutubi Thermal Power Plant and draws the following conclusions.First,the diversified design of performance appraisal subjects can avoid individual subjective tendencies in the appraisal process,improve the accuracy of appraisal results,and make the appraisal more fair.The second is to design the performance appraisal cycle based on the nature of the job,which can more accurately evaluate employee performance.The third is based on the performance management index and KPI method to establish performance evaluation indicators,which makes the implementation of the Hutubi thermal power plant strategy,focusing on work,highlighting key responsibilities,and embodying the key points of success in Hutubi thermal power plant development.Makes the company's goals,departmental goals and employee goals consistent,more conducive to the rapid development of the company.Fourth,the use of hierarchical sorting method combined with subjective empirical methods to determine the weight of indicators,strengthen the guidance of performance,make employees clear the focus of work,clear direction of efforts.Fifthly,Hutubi Thermal Power Plant shall ensure that the performance assessment is consistent with the company's strategic approach.As the company's business situation changes,the company continually optimizes the performance evaluation system so as to continuously ensure that the company's operating performance continues to rise,and that the company's performance assessment also increases.The more perfect and reasonable,the company will achieve its vision and strategic goals.
