Research On The Performance Management System Of ZSQS Thermal Power Plant

In recent years, with the development of the national economy, performance management which regarded as the management activities have the closest relations with the enterprise management, are recognized and accepted by a large number of enterprises, and gradually become a key factor for the development of enterprises. Due to the introduction of market requirements and competitive mechanisms, large power enterprise as national monopoly, thus more and more power enterprises take performance management as a primary management method to achieve strategic goals.With the deepening of China’s electric power system, a number of large-scale thermal power companies will face an even more brutal market environment, if the request was to survive and develop, we must pay particular attention to the company’s human resource management. The perfect management system is a requirement for enterprise human resource management and plays a significant role to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.This paper reviewed ZSQS thermal power plant as the research object. Through overview the theories about performance management in domestic and international, learn from the similar electric power enterprise. This paper expounds today’s popular performance management method such as the key performance indicators(KPI), Balanced Scorecard(BSC) and so on. To introduce the current status of performance management of ZSQS thermal power plant, analyze the existing problems. Focus on using the key KPI system, BCS and a variety of assessment techniques and methods, thus put forward research plans on ZSQS performance management of system optimization design. Let the enterprise incentive resources play a maximum utility and arouse the enthusiasm of staff to the maximum limit, sufficiently excavating the internal potential of the enterprise and to propose measures to ensure the protection of the new performance management system for effective implementation.This paper has a certain theoretical and practical guidance on exploring ZSQS power plant performance management system for optimization of large-scale thermal power enterprise.
