Research On Outsourcing Risk Identification And Assessment Of XJRCCB Information System

With the developing of information technology,the information system is used widely in the bank,and raised the operating efficiency of the bank.Without the information system,the business of the bank have no longer developed.Including XJRCCB,there have many banks whom information system had been developed by the outsourcer,and the bank is depended on the outsourcers.If the outsourcers have some problems,the bank will be affected more or less.It is the problem that the thesis researched-The Risk Management of the bank information system.This thesis is research on the Outsourcing Risk of XJRCCB information system.Because the outsourcing risk of information system is mainly caused by outsourcers,this paper mainly identifies and studies the outsourcing risk of information system from the perspective of outsourcing providers.First,this thesis introduce the rcurrent research on Outsourcing Risk of information system,and then give the methods of information system outsourcing risk identification and assessment,it builds a system of risk index on bank information system outsourcing,basing on the character of bank and XJRCCB.This paper applies information system outsourcing life cycle theory to identify outsourcing risks.The Risk matrix and Analytic Hierarchy Process are two methods that is assessed the Outsourcing Risk.In the end,this paper takes the enterprise service bus of XJRCCB as a case.Dpending on the indefinite of outsourcing risk and the character of XJRCCB,the risk index system is build,and then assess the risk of outsourcing enterprise service system with the methods of Risk matrix and Analytic Hierarchy Process,it has the result of risk index ranking and the selection of outsourcers.
