Optimization Research On The Logistics Outsourcing Of Manufacturing Enterprises

At present, more and more enterprises have realized that the advantages of logisticsoutsourcing in reducing cost, speeding up the reaction of the market and improvingcustomer’s satisfaction. Thus logistics outsourcing has become one of the most importantdevelopment trends of the logistics industry. At the same time, with the market competitionincreasing, the enterprise should increase the sales several times if it wants to obtain theexpected economic benefits by increasing sales profits. However, it has difficulty to someextent. Hence, enterprises have taken logistics outsourcing to reduce costs, so as to enhancetheir core competitiveness. However, due to the development of logistics industry in ourcountry, it is difficult for enterprises to outsource their business. Simultaneously, there aresome risks in logistics outsourcing. Therefore, researches on managerial decision-making onlogistics outsourcing, analysis of logistics outsourcing risks and solutions are of greatsignificance to promote the development of domestic logistics outsourcing of manufacturingenterprise.This article is divided into five parts. The analysis of the logistics outsourcing is themost important, including the mode selection of the logistics outsourcing, the logisticsoutsourcing partner selection as well as the risk assessment. First of all, based on the theoriesand methods of logistics management and logistics outsourcing, the background and thedevelopment situation of logistics outsourcing are illustrated briefly. Additionally, thenecessity of the logistics outsourcing to the third-party logistics enterprise is analyzed clearlyand the value of the enterprise logistics outsourcing is also analyzed. Then, by analyzing thecurrent situation of manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing, the existing problems inour country and coping strategies are proposed, the choice and analysis of logisticsoutsourcing model are discussed and analyzed detailed by using the mathematical algorithmto prove in detail, and reflecting in the example analysis.. At last, by using the AHP methodand fuzzy evaluation method, the case of rolled plate output link of Anshan iron and steelgroup company outsourcing its business to the logistics park of the Anshan iron and steelgroup company.
