Study And Application Of Production Outsourcing Management In Supply Chain For Manufacturing Enterprise

Nowadays, globalized market competition makes Chinese manufacturing industry facing great challenges and crisis. Building equipment manufacturing enterprises are the foundation of power manufacturing country, now facing many problems such as excessive production capacity, the fund chain break etc. The enterprises are standing at the historical point of transformation and upgrading. Building equipment manufacturing enterprises outsourcing management is an important part of enterprise supply chain management, and has an important effect on enterprise supply chain management. The establishment of scientific outsourcing management system can reduce the cost of enterprise and can also improve the operating efficiency of enterprises, ensure the quality of production on time. It also has a positive effect on the information delivery and operation between different departments.Building equipment manufacturing enterprises have the production mode based on customer orders, complex product structure, the large number of parts, and outsourcing accounted for large proportion in production. So it has urgency need of science outsourcing management. In the past, enterprises rely on paper a file, telephone for information transmission, and it's inefficient and has high error rate and delay rate. The enterprise's information management mainly rely on financial software and office software, it form a situation of Information Island, the circulation of information between different departments is not smooth, thus resulting a low efficiency of enterprise's management.This paper base on the building equipment manufacturing enterprises and digital management platform of enterprise, analysis the problems in supply chain of enterprises, the main research and work are as follows:(1) Based on the real outsourcing conditions, we classify the influence factor from aspect of value-added and risk factors, then establish the matrix model of outsourcing classification, then introduce influence factor of value-added and risk in detail.(2) Introduction of methods of selection of outsourcing enterprise, this paper has selected the most widely used methods: AHP and BP neural network method. Select outsourcing enterprises by modeling these two methods. According to the characteristics of models and the actual operation, we select AHP to solve the outsourcing selection problem.(3) According to the outcome of the AHP application of outsourcing selection problem, in order to manage enterprise more efficiency we improve the AHP algorithm, introduce the Analytic Network Process application in outsourcing selection problem.(4) Set up outsourcing management framework based on digital management platform of enterprise: from the setup and audit of outsourcing tasks, to first selection of outsourcing enterprise, then the parity of first selection outsourcing enterprise, after the audit of official comes the outsourcing order, then select the right outsourcing enterprise and sign the outsourcing contract. After the completion of parts in outsourcing enterprise, the parts should be inspect by quality management department, after confirming the quality of outsourcing parts are good, the parts are delivered to warehouse, in order to the next step of production.This article is the realization of digital management platform of outsourcing management. Realize the digitation of outsourcing management after the testing and application in the enterprise.
