Organization management and design of enterprises have a direct impact on their operation status,especially in modern enterprises,they need to establish a perfect internal organization and management operation system.Wuxi is an agricultural firm just listed near the financial enterprises,management and design of internal organization also has some problems,therefore,the thesis studies specifically for Wuxi agricultural business organization management and design problems,put forward the optimization countermeasures and suggestions for improvement,hoping to help Wuxi agricultural businesses to further improve and perfect the organization management thus,to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Wuxi agricultural firm.Based on the related research contents and background of Wuxi agricultural commercial bank's organization and management,this paper analyzes and studies the related theories of organization design theory and organization process reengineering,and constructs the basic theoretical research framework of the full text.This paper focuses on the analysis of the organizational structure of Wuxi agricultural firms,issues related to the current management and organization design are analyzed,the main problems of Wuxi agricultural firm is the head office and branch of the design is not reasonable,the banking sector is also not reasonable design,operation process optimization,organizational interpersonal relationship is not harmonious,the overall effectiveness of the organization the mechanism is not high.In view of these problems,the concrete countermeasures and measures are put forward to optimize the design and optimization of the organization and management of Wuxi agricultural and commercial banks.First of all,should adhere to streamlined saving,efficient quality,customer orientation and the principle of people-oriented,in particular,should straighten out the relationship to the head office and branch of the banking sector,optimization design,promote the business processreengineering,to create a good working atmosphere,improve the overall efficiency of the operation of the bank,and from the leadership,ideas,manpower and financial risk,etc.and put forward the corresponding security measures.The main innovation of this paper is to analyze the specific problems in its organizational management and design combined with the actual situation of Wuxi agricultural business bank.Some problems are special problems existing in the concrete operation of Wuxi agricultural and commercial bank,and they are ingenious.The main innovation of this paper is putting forward innovative ideas and measures from straightening out the relationship between headquarters and sub branches,adjusting departments and improving efficiency.The deficiency of this paper is that the basic theory of the author is not thorough enough,and the analysis of some problems is not enough,which affects the whole effect of the whole text.
