After the reform and opening up,the national conditions of our country have changed greatly.Compared with the reform and opening up,the living environment and the way of education of the young people born after this period are very different.Because of the diversified environment of the collision between Chinese and Western cultures,the development of the new generation employees is not smooth,and the career plateau is one of the important factors that affect their career development.And as the career plateau phenomenon is aggravating,the job burnout and even the turnover will follow.This not only has a certain impact on personal development,but also,poses great challenges to employers.In the international academic community,it is relatively hot to study the problem of the departure of new generation employees.How to reduce the turnover behavior of the new generation employees to make it flourishing in the workplace and contribute more to the development of the organization has become a problem that the academia and the industry need to discuss.From the perspective of professional plateau,this paper discusses the problem of reducing the turnover intention of the new generation employees,and realizes the purpose of reducing the employee turnover rate,and provides a reference for the development of human resource management.This paper,taking the new generation employees as the object,constructs the theoretical relationship model diagram among the three variables of the career plateau,job burnout and turnover intention of the new generation employees.400 questionnaires are sent to the new generation employees in Xi'an,Nanjing,Wuhan,Haikou and other areas of communications,medicine,real estate and other industries.Screening,statistical data,and finally collect 342 valid questionnaires.Using SPSS,and AMOS software to analyze the data of the questionnaire,the rationality of the relationship model of three variables is tested,and the influence of each dimension of the career plateau on each dimension of job burnout,the relationship of turnover intention,and the influence of each dimension of job burnout on turnover intention are analyzed.The hypothesis test results of the theoretical model show that(1)the study on the impact of career plateau on job burnout shows that the two dimensions(level plateau and content plateau)of the career plateau are positively correlated with the dimensions of job burnout,and the central plateau has a significant positive effect on the dehumanization and the low personal achievement sense,but the central plateau is in the central plateau.The influence of dimension on emotional exhaustion is not significant;(2)in the study of the effect of career plateau on turnover intention,it is found that two dimensions(level plateau and content plateau)are positively correlated with turnover intention,but the influence of central plateau dimension on turnover intention is not significant;(3)the impact of job burnout on turnover intention is in the study.Now,the three dimensions of burnout(emotional exhaustion,dehumanization and low personal accomplishment)have a significant positive impact on turnover intention.The findings provide useful inspiration for organizational managers in order to reduce career plateau,job burnout and turnover intention.
