After the concept of career plateau, foreign scholars began to focus on this phenomenon. And around this concept, the research on its dimension, influence factors, and the relationship between organizational variables and organizational variables, and accumulated some research results. Domestic scholars pay close attention to this phenomenon, and based on the research of the western scholars, the research on the characteristics of different industries, the occupation of the individual’s career plateau, and the tendency of resignation, but have not yet come to a conclusion. This paper aims to study the relationship between career plateau, job burnout and turnover intention, and to establish the relationship model of the three variables, which can reduce the negative effect of the Occupational Plateau on the staff and reduce the turnover intention.Through combing the domestic and foreign scholars in the career plateau, job burnout, turnover intention theory research results, this paper takes the enterprise staff as the research object, using literature research method, questionnaire survey method, statistical analysis method and so on. In order to study the relationship between the three, this paper establishes a model of the job burnout and turnover intention, and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis. Through the test of the predictive questionnaire, the items that have not reached the requirements of the reliability and validity were excluded, and the formal questionnaire was formed. Based on SPSS20.0 test, with the main method of the analysis of single factor analysis of variance, one-way ANOVA analysis, correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis and so on, obtain the following conclusions:Career Plateau, content plateau and hierarchical plateau dimensions were significantly positive correlation with turnover intention; The three dimensions of job burnout and emotional exhaustion, cynicism and reduced personal accomplishment are significantly positive correlation with turnover intention; Job burnout plays a partial mediating role between career plateau and turnover intention. In this paper, the differences of the occupational plateau between the workers under the age of sex, marital status, age, working age, education level, enterprise type, and so on were studied.On the basis of the research conclusion, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the level of job burnout and job burnout, and to reduce the turnover intention.
