Automobile 4s shop is a one-stop service business model integrating automobile sales,spare parts sales,after-sales service and information feedback,which greatly facilitates people's life.In 2014,the number of auto 4s stores reached 23820 during the heyday of the automobile industry.Foreign-funded enterprises entered a large number of automobile markets in China,which brought great competitive pressure to the development of China's auto industry.They learned advanced management experience of foreign-funded companies and enhanced their strength.Performance appraisal as a relatively perfect self-motivation mechanism has become an integral part of the car 4s shop management system.This article studies the above issues from both theoretical and practical aspects.After studying a large number of monographs and literatures on performance appraisal,and understanding the theory of performance management and the latest research results,Yantai Xinchida Automobile 4S Store was used as the research object,and questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate Yantai Xinchida.The status quo of the performance evaluation of auto 4S stores is studied and it is found that the company has problems in the formulation of performance appraisal system,feedback process of performance appraisal,and supporting measures for performance appraisal;Then,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems and,based on the above research,designs the performance assessment system for business staff(mainly including sales department and after-sales service staff)and non-business staff(residual staff).This paper selects the key performance indicator method(KPI)and MBO for the performance evaluation system of business personnel to design indicators and design weights,and conducts a layered design on the level of performance evaluation;due to the nature of non-business employees' work content,the assessment index cannot be selected.This paper adopts the key event method to design it,and gives appropriate incentives to employees with outstanding contributions to encourage.At the same time,it also addresses the contribution of non-business employees in different positions in different departments to the company,and associates the employee's efforts with the company's benefits.The corresponding commission factor for employees encourages employees to make more contributions for the company.In addition,this paper proposes improvement measures and safeguard measures for the design of the performance appraisal system for the 4s shop employees in Yan'an Xinchida Automobile,such as the recommendation that the performance appraisal system be coordinated with the company's strategic objectives;formulate a scientific performance appraisal indicator system;and constantly improve performance appraisal The process has paid attention to feedback,etc.Finally,the full text is summarized.
