With the rapid development of China’s real estate market, the real estate industry extension services of property management companies are becoming increasingly important. The competition between these various property management companies has become increasingly fierce. How to manage the staff, improve the staffs sense of loyalty and ownership, improve their ability to work, and reduce the rate of turnover is a difficult problem faced by every enterprise. Therefore, it is very important to establish a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system.This article takes Shenyang Xinpu Property Company as the research object. And it intends to find the existing problems of the existing performance evaluation system of enterprise employees through the field survey of Shenyang Xinpu Property Company. The performance evaluation scheme of Shenyang Xinpu Property Company is designed through the introduction of the balanced scorecard. At the same time, in order to implement the enterprise staffs redesigned scheme smoothly, it also puts forward the implementation of the performance evaluation of security measures.Establishing a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system is essential to the stable and healthy development of the company. Through the performance evaluation system of enterprise strategic objectives decomposition to the staff, the staff will understand their own responsibilities and goals, which can standardize the management of employees. At the same time, through the feedback of the performance evaluation, it can carry out targeted guidance to those staff who have poor performance evaluation, and it can also improve their ability to work, and then improve the performance of the company. Establishing a set of performance appraisal system is conducive to the construction of enterprise’s modern human resources management system.
