| Aviation industry is China's "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" to determine the strategic emerging industries,is "Guan Zhong--Tian Shui" economic zone development process focused on the development of six industries in the object,Xi'an is the most dominant,most unique industry one.Xi'an Aviation SME aviation industry as a new force in the industrial development plays a vital role in supporting the aviation industry has become a powerful and innovative;technical level and market size aviation SMEs,to speed the development of the aviation industry closely related to the level.However,in practice many factors restricting the innovation and development of SMEs,through field research and questionnaire interviews,found an urgent need for an external aviation SMEs access to information,market channels,technical personnel and other services to promote their own level of innovation,then how to build the future of science Xi'an Aero reasonable SME innovation service system,not only on the overall development of Xi'an aviation industry as a whole,and has become the strength of China's aviation industry in the development of an important part.To get a clear idea of Xi'an Aviation SME development "real situation",and then build up a scientific and rational system of innovative services for SMEs,this paper first aviation SMEs constitute innovative features and innovation service system for system consolidation,to explore innovative service system form the basis of the elements laid.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,innovation needs to fully grasp the type and characteristics of aviation SMEs through questionnaires and interviews in the form of the main problems faced and analyze the reasons for its formation.Third,in close connection with the supply of aviation services for SMEs innovation,analysis of Xi'an Aviation SME innovation service system and the relationship between the constituent elements,the constituent elements of Xi'an Aviation SME innovation service system formed by means of qualitative grounded theory;through quantitative DEMATEL Methods for aviation elements of innovation service system for SMEs were screened to obtain the main elements of the aviation SMEs;then apply the ISM model the important relationship between the constituent elements.Finally,according to the Xi'an Aero explore innovative service system for SMEs to establish the appropriate elements of innovation service platform.The creation of innovative service system platform is a concrete manifestation of the service system.The main work of this paper is reflected in the following aspects:First,through field research and interviews with experts issued a questionnaire,based on the needs of the current situation and development of innovative services Xi'an Aero SMEs,using grounded theory method selected elements of Xi'an Aviation SME innovation service system and method for composing by DEMATEL empirical elements,which previous studies purely theoretical literature to identify the components of an advance innovation service system makes building a more targeted and empirical foundation.Second,Xi'an Aero Innovation Service System for SMEs constitute explore the relationship between the elements of the analysis,the application of Interpretative Structural Modeling(ISM)to determine the relationship between innovation and service system constitutes between elements,according to the importance of the constituent elements,the elements were divided into five levels to explore,define the current urgent need to solve the problem,the next phase of urgent problems,the main problem encountered growing and so on.Third,based on elements of innovation service system and the relationship between a clear system of innovative services and build innovative service system five platforms: aerospace research and testing platform,aviation business acceleration platforms,aviation financial services platform,aviation personnel services platform,air digital services platform,noting not only build five platforms carrier service system innovation,functionality is a concrete manifestation of the service system. |
