Research On The Influence Of Public Service Capability Of Science And Technology Innovation On Innovation Performance Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Improving the service capability of public platform for science and technological innovation is not only development initiatives of the innovation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises but also a strong support of stimulating the vitality of technological innovation and performance.At present,the platform for China's science and technology innovation is developing rapidly from all aspects.However,these platforms fail to achieve the desired effect.Nowadays,China spare no effort to implement innovation-driven strategy.Under the macro environment,it becomes a major subject to research how to realize the effective docking of technological innovation and the demand of small and medium-sized enterprises,as well as how to enhance the service capability and improve the small and medium-sized enterprises' innovation performance.This thesis takes China's small and medium-sized enterprises,which have the demand of science and innovation service,as the research object.Based on the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,it explores the connotation,status and service ability.Based on the perspective of service supply and demand matching,using the industrial cluster theory,knowledge ferment theory and technological innovation theory,from the perspective of scientific innovation supply and demand matching,it constructs a conceptual model among the service capability of technological innovation public platform,the ability of technological innovation,and innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises.Furthermore,this thesis studies the influence mechanism of platform service ability on small and medium-sized enterprises' innovation performance(including the ability of resource integration and service supply),takes the ability of technological innovation as the intermediate variable(including learning ability and research development ability)and explores the intermediary effect.Based on the research hypothesis,this thesis uses the Likert Five Scale to design the related items and conducts empirical analysis on the conceptual model through questionnaire,SPSS statistical analysis,and related tests.According to the research results,the service capability of platform can positively influence the innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises,and meanwhile,the technological innovation capability plays an intermediary.Based on the perspective of matching the supply and demand of technology innovation,this thesis connects the technological innovation public platform with the service object,explores the inherent influence mechanism of public platform's service ability on the innovation performance of small and medium-sized enterprises,and provides a new direction to enhance service ability and improve innovation performance for the small and medium-sized enterprises.The conclusions may have a positive impact on the management innovation of the relevant government department and the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
