Research On Financing Mode Of Electronic Commerce Enterprises Of Ethnic Minority Regions In GuiZhou

The development of electronic commerce is one of the important strategic decisions of the country.It is also an inevitable choice to promote the adjustment of industrial structure,to promote the transformation of economic growth mode,to reduce transaction costs,and to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.In recent years,the State Council attaches great importance to the development of e-commerce,has issued a number of documents on the development of e-commerce,greatly promoting the development of ecommerce in China.Guizhou is a multi-ethnic province,but also an underdeveloped province,the development of e-commerce has many opportunities,but also faces many challenges.Among them,the problem of "difficult and expensive financing" has always been the main obstacle to the development of e-commerce enterprises in Guizhou ethnic areas.Optimizing its financing mode is an important measure to accelerate the development of electronic commerce in Guizhou ethnic areas.This paper follows the research ideas of "preparatory preparation","literature research","theoretical basis","status analysis","model learning","model optimization","case analysis" and "countermeasure advice".The main findings are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the main problems restricting the development of e-commerce enterprises in Guizhou ethnic areas.The fundamental problems that restrict the development of e-commerce enterprises in Guizhou ethnic areas are the serious shortage of internal technical and managerial personnel,and the poor external environment such as transportation,communication,network and so on.(2)This paper probes into the fundamental problems in the financing of electronic commerce enterprises in Guizhou minority areas.The fundamental problems that restrict the financing ability of electronic commerce enterprises in Guizhou ethnic areas are "difficult financing" and "expensive financing".There are many factors in e-commerce enterprises,such as weak financial ability and lack of fixed assets in the structure of assets that can be mortgaged.As a result,commercial banks are unwilling to take loans and can only borrow "usury",which leads to the problems of "difficult financing" and "expensive financing".(3)Combing the main financing mode that can be used for reference by the electronic commerce enterprises in Guizhou minority areas.With the rapid development of electronic commerce,domestic and foreign e-commerce enterprises have produced many successful financing models.Summing up the main financing modes of these e-commerce enterprises can be used by different e-commerce enterprises in different stages of development according to their own actual situation of financing.(4)Created the Guizhou nationality area electronic commerce enterprise optimized the financing pattern.According to the financing environment in different stages of the development of the electronic commerce enterprises in the minority areas of Guizhou Province,this paper designs the optimization thinking of the financing mode of the electronic commerce enterprises in the minority areas of Guizhou areas put forward the "tripartite financing cooperation mode" and "multi-financing cooperation mode" in the mature stage of the initial development stage of e-commerce enterprises.(5)The paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the financing ability of the electronic commerce enterprises in Guizhou minority areas.Combined with the actual situation in Guizhou ethnic areas,From four aspects: strengthening the internal capability of e-commerce enterprises,increasing infrastructure construction such as transportation and telecommunications,which are closely related to e-commerce businesses,strengthening government policy support and financial support for e-commerce enterprises,and broadening social financing channels for e-commerce enterprises.The paper puts forward some concrete suggestions on how to improve the financing ability of electronic commerce enterprises in Guizhou minority areas.
