Study On The Development Countermeasures Of Vegetable Industry In Hebei Province From The Perspective Of Supply Side Reform

Issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area have always been the priority in China,vegetable industry is an important part of agriculture and rural economy,at present,the vegetable industry development occupies an important position in agricultural and rural economic development: total production of 88.775 million tons,in 2017 in Hebei province vegetables vegetables output value accounted for 31% of the proportion of the province's agricultural output,vegetable industry in Hebei province has become the first industry in agricultural leading industry;Vegetables are residents of the three meals a day basic consumption demand,volatile prices of vegetables directly affects the consumer price index,the change of vegetables in Hebei province has developed from a side dish for major products of the people's livelihood;Hebei province water resources shortage,development of the vegetable industry and the protection of water resources and environment conflict is prominent.The vegetable industry has accelerated the transformation of production mode and adjusted the production structure.The vegetable industry in Hebei province has developed from the pursuit of yield to the leading industry in the green development of agriculture.However,under the new normal of economy,the vegetable market in Hebei province has been seriously slow in recent years,which reveals that the vegetable supply in Hebei province exceeds the demand,the industrial structure is unreasonable and it is difficult to meet the demand of consumers.In addition,reports on the poisoning death of sheep by Shandong spring onion and the focus interview on “organic vegetables have a mysterious opportunity”reveal consumers' panic about vegetable quality safety incidents and strong demand for high-quality vegetables.In this paper,in the perspective of the supply side,the vegetable industry development in Hebei province,to meet the demand of consumer personality high-end vegetables,increase farmers' income and promote the benign development of vegetable industry,has important practical significance.Facing the reality of this article is based on the current vegetable industry development problems,with vegetable industry development in Hebei province as the theme,from the Angle of supply side structural reform,using the method of literature reading,questionnaire investigation and measurement analysis and other research methods,analyzes the problem of vegetable industry development in Hebei province.This article is divided into five parts: the first part,mainly introduced in this paper,we study the background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and methods,combed the new supply theory of economics,industry development theory,theory of consumer demand,consumer cognition theory and the theory of consumer behavior theory provides theoretical basis for this article research;The second part analyzes the development status of Hebei vegetable industry,finds the problems in the development of Hebei vegetable industry,and puts forward the necessity of supply-side reform.The third part,based on the supply-side structural reform,makes an empirical analysis of vegetable demand by means of questionnaire survey and interview.The fourth part analyzes the successful cases of structural reform on the supply side of Simazhuang characteristic vegetable industry base and Tangshan Mastercard vegetable base,and draws on its successful experience.The fifth part is the research conclusion and countermeasure suggestion.The results showed that: first,the vegetable industry in Hebei province to supply side the need for structural reform is to supply the quantity and quality of imbalance,the market demand and production structure imbalance,the investment of production and benefit imbalance and resource environment does not match with the green development;Secondly,the empirical analysis of vegetable demand survey shows that consumers gradually increase their consumption of refined vegetables such as vegetables in the off-season,high-end vegetables and seasoned vegetables.Health and safety,good taste,high nutritional value,varieties of new factors such as are consumers is an important factor when buying vegetables,vegetable quality and safety problems,in particular,the primary factor to consider when buying vegetables;Brand,green certification and quality traceability mechanism have become the main methods for people to distinguish good quality vegetables.Third,analyze the vegetable base supply side structural reform successful cases get enlightenment is the vegetable supply side structural reform in accordance with the concept of green ecological development,strengthen the support of science and technology,from the aspects of new varieties,production standards,efficient management to improve the quality of vegetable production,from aspects of the brand construction,tertiary industry integration development and vegetables versatility,satisfy consumer needs and improve the economic benefits of vegetable industry.Innovation of this paper lies in: first,from the Angle of supply side structural reform,analysis of vegetable industry development in Hebei province,vegetables industry in Hebei province is put forward feasible countermeasures of supply side structural reform;Second,the investigation on the basis of analyzing the vegetable demand situation,using Logistic regression model to analyze consumer high quality vegetables purchase decisions,clear the direction of the vegetable industry supply side structural reform;Third,from the perspective of producer,deeply supply side structural reform successful vegetable base for research and analysis of the main methods,innovation and success,draw lessons from the successful experience.
