Study On The Consumption Structure And Influencing Factors Of The Farmer Households In The City

The farmer family that works in the city hopes to establish a foothold in the town,the housing price of small and medium-sized cities and small towns is low,become the first choice of farmer family to settle down to buy a house.Due to the particularity of the farmers' families who buy houses in cities,their consumption is different from that of urban households and rural households.This paper takes "family" as the research object,and based on the survey data of 141 households in KongJiazhuang village,uses statistical descriptive analysis,Grey correlation analysis and Tobit model to study the current consumption situation,consumption structure and influencing factors of consumption.The conclusion of the study is of practical significance to stimulate the household consumption of farmers and to promote the Citizenization of farmers who buy houses in cities.The results show that the income level of urban home buyers is higher than that of rural residents,but the increase is still small.The expenditure of "consumption socialization standard" is not balanced,and the consumption level is not high.The expenditure of "living standard" is mainly the expenditure of "living standard",while the expenditure of "status evaluation standard" and "interest and moral standard" are not enough.The consumption proportion of food,clothing,housing and transportation is decreasing,and more resources are allocated to education,entertainment and other spiritual consumption needs.Some families have entered the era of online shopping and advanced consumption.In the tide of buying houses,housing loans also become an essential consumer spending;In the city wage income is still the decisive factor that affects the household consumption expenditure of farmers who buy houses in the city.According to the results of the study,the report and its recommendations are: Serial encourages self-employment and improves income level;Attach importance to children's education and enhance their own quality;To establish and improve the credit and credit system and encourage farmers' families to make rational financial management and investment;Strive to accelerate the reform and innovation of the system and coordinate the urban and rural social security system.Provide a good consumption environment,strengthen consumption guidance and consumption education etc.Innovation: the research object selection is novel.In recent years,the study of individuals and migrant workers into the city farmers household consumption,but to purchase a peasant family in the city as the research object,the consumer behavior and the consumption structure of the system research is less.The geographical selection of parliamentary samples is quite unique.In the past,the consumption areas of migrant workers were mostly primary and secondary cities,while the consumption behaviors of migrant workers in small and medium-sized cities were less studied.
