An Empirical Study On Industrial Structure And Power Consumption In Bayannur Region

Along with the economic development in the Bayannaoer area entering the new normal,the regional electricity consumption structure is more rational,the power supply structure is continuously optimized,the power grid structure is continuously and rationally planned,the growth of electricity consumption decelerates,the shift is adjusted,and the structure is constantly adjusted.The electricity supply and demand situation changed from tight to loose.At the same time,the rapid growth of Bayannaoer's industrial economy and the significant increase in electricity consumption.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the relationship and interaction between electricity consumption and industrial structure adjustment.On the basis of regional economic development and industrial restructuring,we analyze the industrial restructuring and power consumption in Bayannaoer region,and establish a grey GM(1,1)model to forecast the future power demand in Bayannaoer region.It shows that the overall pattern of the degree of correlation between Bayannaoer power consumption and its industrial structure occurs.The change.Based on the grey relational degree analysis method,the grey relational degree model is improved(based on the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight).The influence degree of three industrial restructuring on electric power consumption in Bayannaoer region is analyzed.The relationship between added value of Bayannaoer three industries and electric power consumption is analyzed.At the same time,the structural factors and efficiency factors which affect the power consumption intensity are expounded by Laplace factor decomposition method.Although the electricity consumption of the second industry is still the most closely related,the electricity consumption of the third industry is the second,and the consumption of urban and rural residents is the third.This shows that the electricity consumption of the third industry has more and more influence on the electricity consumption of the whole society.Finally,some policy suggestions on how to coordinate the relationship between electricity demand and industrial structure are put forward.
