| The theory of urban-rural combination of Marx and Engels is based on historical materialism and dialectical materialism.From the historical dimension of the urban-rural relations,they explored the trend and direction of urban-rural relations develop;From the perspective of structuralism,they explored the evolution process of the relationship between urban and rural areas.In the changing contradiction between urban and rural areas,the inevitable trend of urban-rural combination is revealed.While affirming the positive significance of the separation and opposition between urban and rural areas,Marx and Engels criticized the relationship between the urban and rural areas in the three layers of system,the spirit of human learning,the principle of capital,and foreseen the possibility and basic conditions for the realization of urban-rural combination in the future.Marx and Engels,from the organic level of urban and rural development,put forward three prerequisites and dynamic mechanisms for the realization of urban-rural combination,that is,the material premise: the advancing of the productive forces,the premise of the relationship: the innovation of the mode of production,the main premise: encouraging the free and all-around human development;besides,the development of productivity is the fundamental reason for the change of urban-rural relations,social division of labor is the direct motivation to promote the development of urban-rural relations.The rich contents and philosophical connotations of the theory of urban-rural relations of Marx and Engels provide the guidance of the world outlook and methodology for the new urbanization construction in China.Under the guidance of the theory of Marx and Engels,combined with the concrete reality of Chinese urbanization construction,the connotation of the new urbanization is interpreted from two layers of theory and practice,and the connotation and goal orientation of the new urbanization are summed up in the contrast of the new and old urbanization.At the same time,the thesis fully affirms the improvement of the urbanization rate,the improvement of the people's living standard and the achievements of urban subject form.The thesis also recognizes the difficulties faced by the new urbanization in the process of practice,and deeply explores the realistic reasons behind the dilemma.Marx and Engels believe that the realization of urban-rural combination can't do without the development of the system level,the productivity level,the social and the natural environment level.Combined with the development of the new urbanization,a comprehensive analysis of the developmentof the new urbanization in the five aspects of politics,economy,culture,society and nature.On the basis of the analysis of the reasons and the theory of urban-rural relations,the thesis points out the harmonious development between man and nature as the goal of the construction of urbanization,and we will further promote the development of new urbanization.Institutional reform and improvement can provide institutional guarantee for new urbanization.The transformation of production relations and the integration of urban and rural culture can provide a guarantee for the productivity of new urbanization.The improvement of the social attention and participation will provide social support for the new urbanization and further develop the new urbanization. |
