Research On Urbanization Development Path Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Urbanization is a trend of social development in the21st century, at the same time, is an important symbol of global economic development. A general survey of home and abroad shows that the development of urbanization plays a vital role in economic and social development. Without any exception, any scientifically and economically developed country is accompanied by a high level of urbanization and vice verse. Recently, urbanization takes on the trend of accelerating development in China and it has been established as a state strategy to build a moderately prosperous society in all aspects. To build a new road of urbanization has become a principal line to promote the rapid development in the future.Based on Marx and Engels city and countryside relations theory, this article aims to discuss the socialist road of urbanization development with Chinese characteristics. Thirdly, guided by urban-rural relations theory, development process in China can be classified into rural urbanization road, urban-rural separated urbanization road and urban-rural integration road, based on which analysis on the problems and reasons in urbanization process unfold.
