With the advent of the Internet era and the era of knowledge economy,a new round of revolution in science and technology and an industrial revolution have sprung up.As far as enterprises are concerned,it is necessary to improve their competitiveness and win the first opportunity for development.The most important thing is to realize the sustainable development of the enterprise.However,the traditional business model can not satisfy the sustainable development of the enterprise.The emergence of light assets operation mode has laid a foundation for the establishment of enterprise competitiveness.Therefore,if enterprises want to win the top in the fierce market competition,they should keep pace with the times,innovate and perfect the existing business models,and promote the development of enterprises.This paper takes H Company as the case study object,on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign literature and research related theories,combined with the basic situation of H company light assets operation mode,Using the trend analysis method to summarize the financial characteristics of the company under the operation mode of light assets,and select the key financial indicators as the sample data.Using factor analysis method to test the financial performance of H company before and after the implementation of light assets operation model,the conclusion is drawn: the implementation of light assets operation mode plays a positive role in improving the overall financial performance level of H company.However,the profitability of H Company under the light assets operation mode has not completely achieved the expected results.The research features of this paper are mainly reflected in the selection of research objects and the perspective of research.Taking H Company,which is implementing the transformation of business model,as the research object,this paper effectively compares the changes of enterprise financial performance before and after the light assets operation mode,and takes the light assets operation mode as the research angle.It is of great significance to study the implementation result of enterprise light assets operation mode through financial performance level.This paper is composed of five parts,the first chapter is the introduction part,elaborated the research background and significance of this paper,combed and reviewed the domestic and foreign literature related to the operation mode of light assets and financial performance,summarized the research contents and methods of this paper;The second chapter introduces the supporting theory of light assets operation mode and financial performance and the main connotation characteristics.Chapter three analyzes the financial characteristics of light assets operation mode from debt service,development and operation.Four aspects of profit explain the key financial indicators under the operation mode of light assets,and take this as a sample to build the model.Chapter 4th case analysis part,introduces the basic situation of H company and the light assets operation mode of the company.Collect and sort out the financial data of H Company,observe the change of financial data under the light assets operation mode of H Company by using trend analysis,summarize the financial characteristics under the light assets operation mode of H Company,and then use factor analysis method.Combined with the model construction of the third chapter,this paper makes an empirical test on the financial performance of H Company under the light assets operation mode,and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of H Company according to the test results.Chapter 5th summarizes and prospects,and points out the innovation and deficiency of this paper.
